A tailor-made update on a fixed budget? It’s true. The Men’s Department at Lord & Taylor Boston needed a better customer experience for the ground floor of their iconic Back Bay location. A clever reorganization of the sales floor revamped the customer experience and allowed for more efficient use of space to expand the fixture capacity. Vendor shops were defined with custom screens and canopies inspired by the classic patterns and textures on Saville Row. A finish palette of elegant grays and dark patinas mixed with rustic woods gives the floor an upscale masculine feel.
